Ich war vor der Buchung erst skeptisch, aber im Nachhinein denke ich, dass wir alles richtig gemacht haben. Das Hotel war gut, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Hier ein paar Pro/Cons. Pro Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Patio und Blick auf das Wasser. Zimmer waren gut soweit und die Betten auch gut. Housekeeping hat jeden Tag neue Handtücher etc gebracht und das Zimmer zurecht gemacht. Bad war immer sauber. Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl war für Amerikanische Verhältnisse echt gut. Obst, Joghurt, Waffeln, Pancakes, Toast, Bagels, Cornflakes, verschiedene Getränke, Rührei, Bacon, usw. Lage direkt am Hafen, der Außenbereich ist Nett gemacht und wird gut gepflegt. Man kann am Wasser spazieren und es befinden sich Sitzgelegenheiten direkt am Wasser Tikibar direkt am Pool, Pool war auch gut. Schöne Lobby und Eingangsbereich. Abends läuft Security über die Anlage Reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden Hotel ist guter Ausgangspunkt um Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Kontra: Während unseres Aufenthaltes liefen uns 3 Kakerlaken im Bad über den Weg. Aber tatsächlich glaube ich, dass dies in Florida "normal" ist und es nicht unbedingt am Hotel liegt. Der Fußboden und die Türen waren meiner Meinung nach dreckig, da müsste mehr drauf geachtet werden. Die Zimmer an sich sind schön, aber es kommt Feuchtigkeit auf, dass sieht man u.a. auch an den Wänden. Unsere Kleidung war auch teilweise sehr feucht Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Flughafen, man muss also mit Fluglärm rechnen.

Only there part of one day. Unusually helpfull person heled me find the front desk. I don't need fancy. Everything and one was fine. Only 5-10 Min from the airport early in the morning.

The property was clean, front desk, exterior and dining all updated. Beautiful view pool and marina area. Only thing I didn't like was the room, need some updates. Pillows and bed were not comfortable. House cleaning only came in daily to do the bed and garbage, nothing else.

We had a problem with the toilet from the beginning. Gave us a plunger as no one to fix over weekend. We’re supposed to get a credit but never happened. Called front desk for laundry location. Both washers had signs taped to them stating they were broken. Again o one to fix as weekend. Would never recommend!!!

The best staff was Bruce and Miriam, the worst was Jen at check in. The staff at the tiki bar was only okay, food prices were high for what they had. Pool was great and rooms were very nice and clean. The public bathrooms need attention.

The facility is in desperate need of updating. Yeo could see outside between the door and the doorframe, the shower didn't drain properly and a host of other issues. The grounds were beautiful but not much good to say about the room.

It was near where I needed to be. The only issue we had was it was so close to highway so there was a lot of traffic noise.

This property is old and dilapidated. We were booked for 2 nights, and left after 1. The hotel is on a busy street and they have no impact windows, so the noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Be aware, there is NO elevator, so you may have to drag your luggage upstairs. The bed creaked and there was no hot water. With all this, they charged over $300 per night. We left and stayed a few doors down at a lovely new hotel Kompose, for less. I wish I had found it when first searching.

The bathroom was totally rough, tub alittle slippery, had to hold down the handle to flush the toilet, maid service was in need of alot of improvement, bottom sheet elastic was stretched to point that had to reattach it to mattress many times.

The marina was awesome ! The property need polish and with some effort I believe the properties 3 star rating could be raised to 4 stars. Work on the landscape and hide the trash bins between buildings 2 & 3 .

Horrible facility, if these are the conditions after being remodeled I wouldn’t have wanted to see before. Floor boards and door molding rotting, kitchen cabinets missing door and terrible housekeeping. I would not return nor recommend.

Tired hotel
This hotel is tired. Bed was uncomfortable. Room is dated. Air conditioning is loud. The price quoted is for street side which is super loud. Looks more like a motel than hotel. The bathroom tiles are gross. The place to hang your clothes is right above the toilet. The water side looks nice as well as the pool. Unfortunately it was too cold and windy to use the pool or check the tiki bar. It is convenient to the airport and Ringling bros museum. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The breakfast was also poor.

The facility is easy to find with plenty of parking. Had live entertainment and a really nice outdoor bar with pretty good food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lost electricity one night and had us in a different room within the hour. Little drive to beaches, but not bad. Clean and quiet.
