“직원들이 매우 친절하였고 방도 깔끔하였습니다. 쇼핑몰도 바로 앞에 있어서 너무 좋았어요 다음에 나이로비에 간다면 또 방문할 계획입니다.”

“깨끗한 객실에 만족도가 높은 숙박시설이었습니다.”

“좋아요”

“전반적으로 우수한 호텔입니다. 외관은 낡아 보이지만 내부는 깨끗하고, 넓고 좋습니다.”

“I had a very good experience overall. The property is nice, clean, and the staff provided great service during my stay. The only downside was the noise insulation. My room had an interconnecting door to the next room, and sound traveled right through it—I could clearly hear whatever the people next door were talking about.”

“세면대 물이 깨끗하진 않았습니다”

“First time but definitely not the last. Location is everything.. Perfect for couple of nights. Breakfast was very good, just by the pool. Don't expect luxury at this price but it's very comfy and staff is amazing.”

Noise from next door worksites is brutal depending on where your room is located. Housekeeping can do with better training to initiate cleaning, not use...

“The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice? I had to go back down again and wait even longer. The front desk manager, hotel manager and even the general manager shook my hand as if that was going to...

“Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall.”
