Hotel right outside Huis Ten Bosch

Good location for visiting Huis Ten Bosch. Parking was easy. The breakfast buffet was very very good, must eat.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The large bath has some issues with being clean...maybe it is just old. Breakfast has a lot of choices, but half is Japanese style. The room was comfortable.

The food was good and the restaurant was super polite, but the concierge was rude. After our luggage didn’t fit into the luggage locker, we asked what to do, the lady just said then u can’t storage it until we pointed out that there was a trolley for storage. Then she didn’t want to help but she end up helping kinda rudely

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Service staff are very helpful and speaks good English. Ms Yamamoto was very welcoming and warm towards guests and provided guidance and suggestions. Room condition - clean Air conditioning - good. Amenities in room - bottled water, kettle tea/ coffee sachets. Wifi - fantastic.

Everything was great, staff friendly. The only issue was immediately following the booking of our reservation, we received an email from the hotel stating that renovation was going on and the view from our room would be blocked due to the scaffolding. This was the case, but it was not a big deal. Breakfast was great, too.

If you want to go to Huis Ten Bosch, this hotel is convenient to stay at. Their breakfast was good too. The small store inside this hotel was convenient to buy some snacks and drinks.

Stayed only one night but it was very convenient for a late entry to the amusement park. Despite the check in time of 3pm, we were allowed into the room at 2:30. Room was clean but is a little dated. The beds were comfortable and it was my first experience using a jinbei. Staff were professional. The complimentary water was a nice touch given the summer heat. The breakfast that was included with the package was liked by all.

スタッフの方皆さん良い感じです。ただ清掃の方はこちらが「お早うございます」と言えば「お早うございます。」と返ってきますが、向こうから挨拶はされませんでした。（ただただ早くお掃除したい、片付けしたい、で回りが見えていないみたい･･･） また、夕食はバイキング形式のものしか営業されていませんでした。（和食の方はやっていませんでした。）ちょっと残念。でもハウステンボスに近いし、ホテルからの眺めも良かったです。

全てにおいて良いホテルでしたが、大浴場の 女性の方のお湯の温度が少々熱くて、ゆっくり入浴を楽しむ事が出来ませんでした。 スタッフの方はチェックイン、チェックアウト、レストラン、いらっしゃたスタッフの方 対応が早く待つ事無くとても気持ち良く過ごせたホテルでした。

家族５人で旅行にきました。とてもきれいで快適に過ごせました。部屋は２段ベッドで、上の段を楽しくきょうだいで取り合っていました！朝食では、長崎の名物がたくさんあって、楽しく食事ができました。食べ物も飲み物もとてもおいしかったです。ハウステンボスへの宿泊者特別ゲートがあってラッキーな気持ちになりました。チケットは事前購入必須ですね！また利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

毎年夏休みのイベントとしてハウステンボスに訪れ、ここに泊まるのを楽しみにしています。 大浴場、ハウステンボスで疲れ切った体を癒すのに最高でした！お部屋はキレイに整えられており、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。朝のビュッフェでは長崎名物を楽しむことができ、目の前で焼いてくれるオムレツに子供たちも大喜びでした。 スタッフさんはどの方もみんなすごく丁寧な対応をしてくださり、帰るのが寂しくなるくらい居心地が良かったです！
