I stayed in the Suite for one night with one guest. This was largest room in the property and at the beginning everything went well. The room was huge, had a nice shower and a king size bed. The bed had a projector and there was an onsen in the first floor. I rented the room last minute because I was driving and I accidentally reserved for one guest. When I showed up withy guest at 1100 pm, I explained this to the front desk and they said I could pay the additional charge at checkout. I would never had imagined that the additional charge for the extra guest was more than what I paid for the original room in Expedia. Mind you this room was not cheap! We did not use the onsen or had breakfast either because they closed exactly one hour after the time we reserved the table. While I understand having extra charge for the additional guest, paying double for a room that was already expensive was excessive. These people are just greedy. I will never stay on this property again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

初めて利用しました。 部屋も綺麗でスタッフさんの対応も凄く良かったです。 夕食、朝食も豪華でついつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。 一つ改善点を言うなら喫煙所に屋根を付けて欲しいくらいですかねぇ。

４人で宿泊しましたが、部屋にベッド４台あり、畳の場所で集まってゆっくり話すことができ、とてもよかったです。 部屋からは庭とプール、レストランからは西海橋、お風呂からは海が見え、眺めも最高でした。もちろん食事も美味しく、ウェルカムドリンクもいろいろいただけて、すごくリフレッシュでき、良い旅となりました！ ありがとうございました‼︎
