Clean rooms, great staff and like the idea of a great restaurant within the Hotel along with other amenities that is offered to their customers. Staff very friendly, helpful always in a good mood whenever they see u. Love the idea of underground parking , more safe.

OMG Where should I start. Ok at check in it was fast and great. The staff was incredible and very helpful. The room was perfect and clean. The restaurant there was great. A good variety and fast service with good food. Everyone was friendly. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone at any time.

The location was great, loved the arcade and pub. Room was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was firm. Like all hotels today the guests are what let it down, shouting and loud all through the night, slept so late we missed breakfast due to the disruptions through the night.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spotless with a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was plentiful. Only suggestion is to change the menu each day. Having stayed four nights, it would have been nice to have something different like pancakes, waffles, and a different fruit. We tried to leave gratuity online for all four of the staff. Unfortunately we could only check one box. Any assistance you can give would be greatly appreciated.
