Dear Valued Guest - We're sorry to learn of your experience in our community! It is so important to lock your vehicle doors no matter what city you are traveling to/from. Theft in communities has increased following the pandemic but I am confident that you are safe when visiting our community. We have provided a full refund to you for your future booking. We have surveillance on property however the surveillance cameras did not pick up on the activity that allowed for the perpetrator to access your unlocked vehicle.
