“Intermittent power and water for three days. They had generators, but would only run them for a few hours at night. Was very hot and buggy. This hotel is actually being shut down and they are opening up a fancy waterfront hotel next door. On the bright side, our free breakfast was at their other hotel, and the wait staff and food were awesome.”

“Comfortable room after asking to change when saw room offered on arrival. Rooms donor look as good as photos. Only real minus was the level of noise from 6 am as guests getting ready for early safaris banged doors and talked loudly in corridors outside of rooms.”

Then they would not take our hotels.com booking and wanted to charge us extra as they didn't want to Honor the rate we received from hotels.com - they made us leave the hotel and find another place as we refused to pay extra.
