“Number one hotel in Belgrade”

“The hotel is very nice - staff was very helpful. It's located 10 min away from the old town. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, but mine was lacking hand soap. Overall, a good experience.”

“Room was dusty, bedside table dirty, safety deposit broken, Housekeepers need to improve their duties. Lovely Jelena at the reception did an amazing help! Breakfast was good. Thanks to the friendly staff Diana and Allam!”

“The best hotel apartment in Europe! ”

“I had some concerns during my recent visit that I'd like to share. The staff member at check-in seemed a bit uncomfortable to interact with, and my guests (including myself) felt a little uneasy around him. When he stopped by our room to ask about passport copies, it caught me off guard—I wasn't aware this was a requirement, and it would have been helpful to have this explained clearly during check-in. I was also surprised to learn about the one-hour guest policy. Since this wasn't mentioned...

“Whatsapp the owner and she gets you in touch with her brother for round trip transportation from airport to the apartment. Very easy. Apartment is steps away from old town and all the action. Apt is a typical good apartment with everything you need. Best was just the communication with the driver and host. Makes it so nice and easy.”

“Very good location with beautiful interior decoration.”

“Extremely Dirty and Unhygienic Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short and find alternative accommodation due to the unacceptable condition of the apartment. The floor was sticky, the bed and towels were dirty, dirty dishes had been left behind, and the entire place was messy, damp, cold, and smelled absolutely awful. The toilet was covered in mould, the bathroom sink was not working, there was barely any toilet paper, and we found dirt and dead animals throughout the property. It was clear...

“Marko, the host, is excellent to communicate with, and quite helpful. The apartment is in a great location. You are on the 4th floor and it is stairs so prepare for that. It is clean but does have some age. I didn't mind as I was only there to sleep! I recommend as a great place for 1 or 2 people to stay while in Belgrade.”

“Simply told me room was not available after I paid for it. And when I asked for refund never answered”
