Nice and comfortable room in a very convenient location. My only issue was room smelled very musty the first day we arrived but smell did fade by our second day

The location of the property was perfect! It was right in the midst of all the places we wanted to visit and walking distance from everything Savannah has to offer! We will definitely be looking to book again!

Home away from home
What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - it’s big and comfortable and, if you ask, they’ll even make it up before you arrive. The communication was excellent throughout. Each suite gets a unique code for the entrances, which means no keys or cards! And the suite we had on the third floor was super quiet, even on a busy weekend. No elevator, but the stairs aren’t bad if you have decent mobility. The location is perfect, about an 18 minute cab from the airport and right in the centre of town. If I’m back in town, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Only negative is parking, but this place was amazing. Everything super clean and right on the river. Very private. Great stay!!! I'm definitely going here when I stay again.

The unit was beautiful! So well decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was a little small. It didn’t seem as big as a Queen, but it was very comfortable. We loved the location and we were able to walk everywhere. There is a noisy bar directly below, but we always bring ear plugs when we travel so it was no big deal to us. Overall I just loved having a place to stay that feels like home rather then a hotel room.

Perfect spot to explore from.
Fantastic place in a great location. Perfect for our family of 3. We arrived on a Saturday around 5pm. Unloading our car then getting to the parking garage was easier than I thought it was going to be. The bed was very comfortable. We were in 3A. Noise was no issue at all for us. Be prepared to walk the stairs. We didn't mind as it helped offset all the fantastic food that we ate while in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Best location
Our stay in 3B was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better location and the layout was fantastic. The kitchen and table for two helped us feel right at home and allowed us to order take out to enjoy privately. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the parking is a ways away but we will be back to this unit again. Ask for the third floor for the better view and less road noise. The restaurant/bar on first floor is also delicious!

Good Place But Could Be Improved
Old space with character in a very good Savannah location. That said there were some significant downsides: kitchen was poorly stocked, bed was flimsy and uncomfortable and the "free" parking seemed clumsy (the lot is two blocks away and you have to keep your original ticket throughout the stay despite getting a new ticket on each in and out). Also our unit was on the 3d floor with no elevator. In addition, Hotels.com lists "daily housekeeping service" as an amenity but in fact cleaners show up only once which is after you leave. Our trash sat there for several days (in an uncovered bin) until the manager, Isel, kindly agreed to take it. She also gave us a late check out which helped us out a lot. All in all however we found this place to be a mixed bag and would encourage other guests to look around first.

Very Cute BUT Buyer Beware... NOISY!!
Stayed in Suite 2A. It was very cute and updated. Loved the kitchen. It is located in a great spot on Bay. Easy walk to River Street and Restaurants. Please beware that this place is very noisy even at night, it sits directly above one of the business bar/restaurants in Savannah. They provide fans/noise machine to try to cancel it out but it didn't. You will need ear plugs every night. Your bedroom vibrates with the noise until 2 am. I decided to move to the pull out couch which wasn't bad but whenever I moved the springs made loud noises. By night 2 I wanted to check out and go somewhere else. Unfortunately we couldn't. If noise doesn't bother you this is a great place. I will not stay here again.

Great option for a Savannah visit
We enjoyed our charming unit and the location was perfect! Also, Treylor Park the restaurant on the first floor is to die for. Amazing food and cocktails!

Great Location
Lovely one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living area. Nicely appointed, very clean, and in a great location. Everything we wanted to reach was in easy walking distance from here.

Excellent Honeymoon Getaway
Fantastic location right on Bay St. with easy access to River St. and the entire Historic District. Roomy and well-appointed, and Treylor Park, the restaurant downstairs, is fantastic! Only drawback is hauling luggage up and down stairs, but definitely would recommend this property heartily!

Location...location...location! The Suites at Bay is in a perfect location to take in the sights of Savannah. Parking at a nearby parking garage is included, but once you park, you likely won't need to move your car. Everything is very walkable. Close to restaurants and all the squares.

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful property, smack in the middle of the historic district, and only a couple of minutes away from River Street. Had absolutely everything we needed, and Isel was incredibly responsive to any and all questions that we had. We would both highly recommend this property!!!!

Beautiful historic building. Great location, easy in and out. Spacious apartment. Furnishing are very comfortable. Floors are sloped in some places,we found it charming, you may not. Needs more bowls/cooking/baking equipment. Stops for the sink weren’t there, which made hand washing dishes troublesome. The washing machine was broken but the host let us use the one in the unoccupied suite next door. Thank you! The manager was easy to reach and very responsive to messages.

This place rocked! Perfect location for sightseeing and people watching. The restaurants will have you salivating for more, so go hungry. The suite was like a mini condo and has everything you need to feel at home. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Suites at Bay is charming and great location.
Suites at Bay is very charming, great location, and has a great looking restaurant / bar right under the apartment.You are right in the heart of down town and every thing is close by. There is no front desk , but The owner Isle explains how it works and is always able to answer any question you have. She was very helpful and I can't thank her enough. If you are ever in Savannah GA. I would highly recommend staying here.

Best customer service ever!
We loved our stay at the Suites at Bay in Savannah. I was a little nervous about the virtual front desk but Isel could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. In fact she quickly answered and was more attentive than any of our favorite hotel chains where we are Diamond or Platinum members. She always answered her phone right away and was super accommodating. I loved the code and not having to worry about a key with three young kids to worry about. We were in Savannah on the busiest weekend of the year and she went above and beyond to make sure we would have a great experience. She even called each guest when she heard about an incident in the city to ensure we were all safe and sound. She felt like family! The suite was large, beautiful and perfectly Old Town Savannah with the exposed brick, wood floors and right on East Bay in the perfect location. We will definitely be back!

All Around a Fantastic Trip!
We stayed one night at the Suites and our only regret was not being able to stay longer. The room was great and the location can't be beat. We never even considered driving anywhere. We'll definitely be staying here again and would certainly recommend the Suites to anyone looking for a place to stay in the historic district.

Great little apartment close to everything
My daughter and I stayed here for a short trip to Savannah. The location is right across the street from the River St shopping district. There's tons of great restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The only downfall is that there is no elevator so pack accordingly! We were on the 3rd floor and it was difficult getting our suitcases upstairs. The apartment was beautiful and had everything you'd need, down to laundry detergent and fabric softner. I will definitely be back for a longer visit.
