"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Umana Bali (Villa 112) from 6–9 June 2026, and every moment of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. From pre-arrival right through to departure, the entire Umana team consistently delivered warm, genuine, and attentive service. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalised — the team was always friendly, highly responsive, and truly committed to making the experience seamless and memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank Ary, and Angely for answering my questions prior to my arrival, and Bapak Tofik for his outstanding support throughout my stay. They were prompt in responses, incredibly accommodating, and handled every request with ease. Having breakfast at Commune was also another highlight of my stay. There was a buffet selection plus made-to-order dishes. Everything was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented and delicious. The buffet section was not huge but you can always request something you like and the team will try to accommodate."

"Our stay at Unsaga Clifftop Resort was unforgettable. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the level of service. Our butler, Nara, was exceptional. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. On our last day, my husband became quite sick, and the staff immediately stepped in to help. They arranged for a doctor to come directly to our room, which was such a relief when we were preparing for international travel. What impressed me even more was that the butler manager personally stopped by to check on my husband and make sure he was okay. That level of care is rare. We never felt like just another guest. The entire team treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. The combination of the incredible location, beautiful accommodations, and world-class service made this one of the most memorable resort experiences we've ever had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Unsaga Clifftop Resort to anyone looking for a truly special Bali experience."

"This hotel experience was as close to perfect as it gets! First off, the design & architecture of the property is immaculate with a fine eye for detail. As someone with a passion for interior design, I really appreciated the aesthetic appeal of the entire building. Next, my room (deluxe ocean view) was absolutely stunning & incredibly spacious. The staff were so helpful & gracious with ensuring everything was to my liking. The daily housekeeping was excellent with fresh towels, linens, & drinking water provided daily. The sunset views from the porch & pool were spectacular as well. Overall I would definitely stay here again! It made an already amazing trip even better! Overall I loved my experience!"
