We complained many times but they would not turn the lights out. If you book here, stay a couple of floors down otherwise you’ll get a floodlit room. Top floor? Reject it Immediately. The room and the bathroom looked like nobody did her job before the next guest check in. The pillows are too high and hard so it was impossible for us to sleep on the pillows.
