"Excellent experience at this hotel. The facilities are very clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff here may be the kindest of any hotel I have stayed at… the front desk, restaurant staff, room service. Everybody says “hello” or “good morning” with a big smile. Restaurant has excellent breakfast buffet and great dinner menu. The pool is also very nice! "

"The staff are so friendly. Every member of staff welcomes you every time they meet you. The setting is great. There are lots of restaurants/ bars nearby and you can walk in to ubud from the hotel, however the traffic is manic so either use the hotel shuttle (which runs 4 times a day) or get a taxi if you don’t feel comfortable. If we are back in ubud again, I would not have any hesitation returning here 🙏👍😁. "

"Eventhough the location was kinda far and independent, the mood of resort was so comfy and peaceful. And Every facilities like pool, morning yoga, underground bar was so nice. One of the most memorable moments was at the underground bar. Live music with good voice singer. So nice. "
