"Very busy hotel for travelers. Does a good job managing the flow. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.very quiet which we appreciated. Room was a little warm and stuffy though, even with air and fan on. Provided buffet breakfast was ok, filled the hole in our tummies. But pretty mediocre. We would stay again if we were cruising out of Cape Liberty. We left our car there for $20 night which is pretty affordable. $40 uber to cruise terminal."

"Rooms really clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly . Shuttle bus drivers always very and welcoming . Breakfast always warm and plentiful . The bar was better than i expected and the food was plentiful and lovely "

"This hotel is not as it appears. It is run down, dirty and it smells horrible. I flew in late and the “free shuttle” from the airport that is supposed to be there every 15 minutes never showed up. I ended up taking a taxi 1.2 miles for $62. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6am. I got there at 6. No one was there. I came back at 6:25, still nobody was there. I asked the desk when they open. She said “6” and just looked at it. It was 6:30 by then. There was food on the lobby floor when I arrived and it was still there the next morning. There was hair in my shower. Then, as I was leaving, I noticed a blood stain on the bed. I had slept the night on someone else’s blood. That is freaking disgusting! The entire hotel smelled horrible… like musty old gym socks. It smelled that way the whole time I was there. I had reserved two nights, but ended up canceling after one night and stayed somewhere else."

"Love the staff, this is the place to be at, our first room was not clean and was changed to a different room right away, if you’re looking to stay in your budget and want to explore nyc it is only a 25 min drive even with traffic, very good spot, very nice clean lobby equipped with very high end vending machines, would love to stay here again, no words for the staff they made sure we were comfortable every part of the stay, thank you again"

"Parking at a premium if you come late. Breakfast was pretty good. Very pet friendly. Told the pool was closed but saw a group using it...? Hmmm. Good stay. Fairly quiet. Best to have a sound machine though. Reasonable price comparitively. Mess of streets trying to get to the property! "

"Parking is roughly $24/night and limited. Room was clean and we were allowed an early check-in which has not been typical in the past. Hotel/room overall are nice and clean however the room amenities are quite lacking (no coffee, no ironing, not even extra toilet paper, 2 sets of towels). I use it for conveniency to the Prudential Center. "
