"I had a smelly room with cracked bathroom sink, a low battery smoke detector blipping sound all night long from somewhere but not in my room. After reported next morning and took the front desk personnel into my room in second night I stay to understand what I ran through, still can't get fix next night. What a great stay. "

"PROs: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, heater is working, different TV show choices to watch, toiletries ( other than toothbrush and toothpaste ) are provided, room card/key needed to use the elevator, great accessibility when flying via Ohare airport and wanting to stay ( used the tram ), there is bar, coffee shop and restaurant, CONs: carpeted rooms and hallways thus difficult to roll heavy luggages , carts can be used only by the valet/concierge, ( fyi: did not have a car this time of travel )"

"Quick check in, courteous staff and excellent accommodations. Free parking was an added bonus for an airport hotel location. Will use again for sure!"

"This was literally 5 minutes from the airport. Staff was amazing this hotel was beautiful will be back it was comfortable and quiet. I came for the outlets but experience of the hotel was 10/10 I was tryna get back to my room and just enjoy it the wife loved it I cannot this hotel just wowed me!"
