"Had problems Checking in on the phone Fortunately there is a person @ the reception from 10am to 8pm,otherwise I would have been screwed. After checking in the sent the room# but no code for the Key Box. Breakfast was fabulous and Room was way bigger than expected Overall a 10 except the "virtual check in" sucks"

"Ein tolles Hotel zum Wohlfühlen! Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und überzeugt durch außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit. Kein einziges Haar, kein Staubkörnchen, keine Streifen auf den Spiegeln – alles war makellos sauber, und die Armaturen glänzten wie neu! Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem, sodass wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Besonders schön fanden wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre des Zimmers. Trotz der kleinen Küchenzeile – oder vielleicht gerade deswegen – fühlten wir uns fast wie zu Hause. Die Küchenzeile haben wir nicht genutzt und auch nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt, daher können wir diese beiden Punkte nicht bewerten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war, dass wir den Parkplatz auch über die reguläre Parkdauer hinaus nutzen durften. Das fanden wir sehr entgegenkommend! **Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! **"

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Schlosspalais! The hotel was quaint, warm and welcoming, with a beautiful view of Wernigerode Castle right from our room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the charming old town with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay while visiting Wernigerode!"

"We stayed in one of their tiny houses. It was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a sturdy version of a double-bed bunkbed style, a nice bathroom, a kitchen with a tiny dishwasher, a dining room/sitting area. Plus there was a lovely furnished patio area with each tiny house. There was an air conditioner (did not get it to work), but there were also automated loft windows which were fantastic at cooling down the place. Along the beautifully landscaped path to the tiny houses there was a grass area to air-out the dog and a small playground for small children. The hotel breakfast was amazing with various pâtés, fish, bacon, eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit and fresh bread. It was staffed by an amazing group of ladies. The restaurant/bar was pretty and relaxing. Well done!"

"A centrally convenient location with easy inexpensive parking. The breakfast was exceptionally good with broad offerings brilliantly managed by great staff. The bedroom was large, clean with a clean bathroom, including a large walk-in shower."
