“Gewoon een prima hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, eten is goed en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Kamers zijn ruim genoeg.”

“The hotel room was so small; my wife, baby, and I were in the room, and it was too small for us. The hotel charged us for the baby bed 45 euros per night, although it was confirmed by Expedia that the baby bed is free of charge, there was missunderstanding as they mixed between two reservations and we didn't get the right room for us, the Hotel rated 4 stars but there was no elevator and i have to carry or luggage to the first floor and go on stairs, there was no tooth brush, Sanitary kit,...

“Nice Hotel, good food, nice view”

“I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult. I booked a studio suite so my daughter could sleep on the pull-out sofa, but no linens were provided. Since no staff were available to assist us, we had to take bedding from...

“We liked our room, location (close to train station), and breakfast. Unfortunately no left luggage facility. We had to leave our bags in the hotel lobby.”

“when we arrived, there was nobody and we couldn't find a way to get in touch with the person who could give the information about how to get in. In the first floor there was a restaurant and a phone #. We made a call to the number and no one received phone. So we left a message to the phone. Because we arrived after 7 p.m., I had to arrange another hotel to stay for that night and made a reservation for that night using hotels.com site which cost me about 200 euros. Later I've got return calls...
