Sorry for the misunderstanding. On the Registration form that you filled out you signed acknowledgment of our 50 deposit that goes on rooms when checked in but then removed at checkout. Your credit card was charged 120.00. My apologies about the phone our Front desk agent was helping another guest. The next time you visit please let us know when you make the reservation or at check-in that you prefer the first floor and we can make that happen. We want only the best stays for our guests and appreciate the feedback..

We are so sorry this happened. No one's fault but our own as someone had been checked into that room for less than 5 min when they came back down and said they needed 2 beds.. the front desk assuming that it had been less than 5 min thought they had walked in and walked out. This room should of checked prior to your entry. We do apologize.

We do sincerely apologize for the room not being ready at arrival although I do believe we had it ready within 30 minutes. I can ASSURE you that once it was clean everything was new sheets and towels. Our breakfast i also can assure you is fresh every morning and due to the safety of our guests we have it individually prepared. We are returning to buffet style this week just an fyi this was like that due to covid protocols and our health dept. We try our best to keep everyone safe. and the bread/ bagles are served that way to ensure the person before and after you in the breakfast line have not had them touched or dried out:) that is not covid protocols that is just good food safety for our guests. No we do not have an elevator due to only having 2 floors but as it says on our website we are more than happy to help you with your luggage. Again I do apologize for your room not being ready as soon as you arrived but i do feel as we rectified it as soon as possible. And do hope you change your mind about staying with us again. As you can see we have WAY more positive reviews than negative. I Hope You have a SUPER day..

We were not doing stayover service but are more than happy to get anything you may need. Guest safety Contactless check-out is available Shield between guests and staff in main contact areas Staff wears personal protective equipment Guests are provided with free hand sanitizer Each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 24 hours between guest stays.
