โIt's a good place, there are some restaurants around, and it's a good place to take the bus.
The breakfast is varied, the place is comfortable, you pay what you get.

so I felt that I was in the middle of factory.
Hotel for chinese group tourists, maybe.
Most of the guests I saw at the breakfast reataurant were chinese & they were known each other.
But, accessibility to Torino & espresso were good.โ
โThey are undergoing renovation, you can tell the building is really old and it's not in Google maps under the name of Sure Hotel etc etc .But for that same reason you can tell the staff is really trying to share the hotel new vision; super friendly, efficient and attentive. Brand new broom, that works well.
Besides that, the location it's perfect. Close to the station and nice streets for dining.
If you come with a car, they have private parking for extra charge.
Will definitely come back...
โWhen our airbnb at the last minute refused to let us check in late due to a travel delay, we needed a last minute place to stay. Nizza is right near the train station, literally across the street.
Check in was easy and fast, and our room was clean, large and even had a large walk out terrace. It is no frills, so keep expectations in line with that.
Staff was very helpful
Breakfast was fantastic
