“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“You could hear everything from the rooms upstairs. Kids running all night kept us awake. Guests sitting outside smoking. Stench of smoke was awful. Then we had a random man knock on our door, strung out on drugs and then tried to block my car in. Glad we were leaving, and we are not going back there.”

“We asked for a first floor room but was given the second floor. The room was just ok and not well maintained. The smoke alarms were hanging from the ceiling. And poor patch jobs on the walls. The lobby smelled of incense and was very basic. There was no attempt to make the rooms pretty. Everything wall was just soaked in red paint and depressing. A little bit of attention in making the rooms more cheerful and bright would be good.”
