"I booked on the wrong day and the fee was non-refundable. I didn’t realize I had booked a day earlier than I intended. I called Inn and the gentleman at the front couldn’t allowed me to still come without any extra charges or issues. He was very helpful. The room was large and met the needs. The tub and the sink drained slowly. And the outlets wouldn’t hold my phone charger in place. Otherwise, nice place."

"Nasty, Smelly and rude. Book your stay anywhere else I checked in at 5pm and checked out within 1/2 hours. Room 103 smelled horrible my cat kept gagging and would not eat. I cracked the windows, sprayed deodorizer & it still smelled horrible. I wanted to see if fresh air circling in would help it did not. I returned to the front desk asking for another room- the crossed eyed employee proceeded to yell “no stink” in broken English repeatedly. I simply returned to my room packed up & left May 29 they still charged me for my full stay up until June 1. When I called their phone number I was on hold for 2 hours before it cut out. Alamo motel should be shutdown & it’s a scam. They also need to issue my refund immediately."
