“리셉션 직원 친절도 떨어짐 컴이 다운이라고 아무것도 체크가 안돼서 거의 수동 작업임 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐 들고 내리기가 좀 불편함 혹시 인원이 많은 경우는 사전에 포터 서비스 예약하기 바람”

“A lovely and elegant manor house. The common areas, the dining rooms and bed room were charming and comfortable. Staff was top notch also. Only stayed one night but would have loved to stay a bit longer.”

“the view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause...
