Hotel location was very good and the staff were very nice and helpful. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean but the walls are thin so you can hear adjoining TVs and voices. It's worth packing some earplugs if you like an earlyish bed time.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening meal were very good. Although the car park was small I managed to get a space. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Nice place, our room needed a bit of TLC, few cobwebs about, old single glazed windows, wooden frames that were rotten,, good shower with plenty of hot water, friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfy bed ,on the whole good value for money, just needs a bit of investment.

Great location just a few yards from Seaton seafront and right in the heart of the town centre. A few free parking spaces for guests on site. Check-in was friendly, the room (5) was clean and functional, with a decent TV, tea and coffee and a small shower-room. Could have done with a small table and chair. Breakfast was very good, cereals, juice and coffee, plus a variety of hot breakfasts cooked to order. Shame that they were not serving food in the evening, but plenty of other places within walking distance.

2nd stay at Eyre Court... room was excellent, staff were lovey and friendly and breakfast was plentiful, fresh, delicious and all you expect of a breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed our 2nd stay.. Only down point is the parking is limited.. My sister walks slow and with a stick and people who are just using the pub use the parking. I personally think you should have allocated parking if you are staying in the Eyre court.
