This is a good place to stay if you need a clean place to land for sleep at a reasonable rate. The breakfast is very limited with options (Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, yogurt, one cereal selection, bread for toast, coffee and hot drinks.) We weren't disappointed however, as this was really what we were looking for - a clean place to crash for a reasonable rate. We would stay here again.

I was very happy to find this motel for my stay in Lynnwood! It is quiet, spotlessly clean, and a great price. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, the linens nice, and the room decor perfect for a fairly small room. I was impressed with the excellent maintenance of the property. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean room! Seems recently renovated. Big disappointment was that breakfast didn’t open until 8AM. And there was no coffee maker in my room, so I had to seek my morning caffeine elsewhere which was pritty annoying. Great friendly staff
