Me and my boyfriend visited seattle for my birthday, and i loved it! The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was spotless and clean. The cleaners were very gentle with our belongings. It’s a decent walking distance from attractions if you want to save money, and there was a very delicious italian restaurant right down the street. The only issue we expierenced was how thin the walls were, we could hear everything in the room next to us, and im sure they could hear us as well. the restaurant downstairs had good food and the gym was nice as well. overall great stay.

Location is convenient for us as we are pretty much spending most of our time downtown. Quiet just by the lake. Would have give it a higher rating of they can improve on the cleanliness of their beddings. Found a couple very noticeable stains on a few of their pillow case and there is a faint smell of smoke too. The staff that I met at check-in was very nice but the other staff was not too friendly. Was asking for price of an item from their convenient store and the staff there was busy doing inventory and not very willing to help. Called to asked for 2 extra pillows and right after I hung up, they called back and ask if we wanted pillows or blankets? If you are travelling with young kids, may want to consider a more kids friendly location. Requested if they have bed railings but they replied saying they only have cribs and there are nothing they can arrange for us. Our room is for 2 adults and 2 kids, we added a surcharge for breakfast and parking. Did not notice that the surcharge we paid only includes breakfast for 2 adults, they included a $20 food and beverage credit which we can use towards the kids breakfast but a strawberry cup is already $9...... Overall experience is ok but did not quite meet our expectations.

Beautiful clean nicely located hotel. The food was expensive but there is other options near by like Starbucks for a cheaper breakfast. Parking was also expensive but to be expected for the area! Definitely recommend

They don’t take dogs - they are the only major hotel in central Seattle that does not allow dogs.

Only have maid service every other day, didnt know that so had to get more towels. Didnt have a facial bar soap, so had to use body wash.

I looked for a few hours over the internet for a place to stay in Seattle. We have been before and I wanted a better experience. This place ticked all the boxes, the staff was wonderful, the room was super nice, updated, view on the lake on the top floor. The parking was also perfect. I had booked a deal with parking and breakfast included. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet but that was even better, you get to pick from the menu and I feel like there is less waste. The food was great! I will definitely book there again. Walking to the museum and Space Needle was so quick too.

We had a great stay. We did enjoy the place. The staff was incredible. We stayed in rm 746 Only complaints. Bar was closed on a friday eve. Your pillows are awful. We got extra and the extra ones were better. They didn't squash down to nothing. We ran into another couple in the elevator they had the same thought. The phone in the room wasnt working. The wall behind the TV has some kind of reddish liquid that splashed on the wall.

Amazing Hotel !!!
We had to get a hotel quickly because our tent for camping broke on our trip. The staff was friendly and quickly accommodated us. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
