Hello Jonathan, I do apologize for the issues when Daniel came to check in. Unfortunately as Daniel arrived after the end of our day, the reservation was cancelled which normally we charge for 1 day no show charge. Daniel and the person with him were both explained this and that you would have to contact Expedia for the refund. The 2nd issue is that for a reservation that is pre-paid, the person listed on the reservation must be the one who checks in and signs. This was also explained to them. Again I do apologize for the issues.
