Speedy Wifi, easy access to groceries, gas
wifi very stable perfect Gas station, Seven Eleven, Safeway, 24hr open Subway, restaurants are in a stone throw away. Room facilities ok and clean Perfect place for low budget travelers I contaminated a towel but a receptionist didn't ask me to change.

Annoying metal sheet bed frames that sound like movie pictures thunder effects. Fun to wake up to at 3 am when ur kid goes to the restroom and accidently kicks it. The fridge is set at room tempature, the a/c kicks on randomly and blows at the tempature of a box fan. The windows had zero installation sowhen someone would walk past we could hear them as if they were in the room. Very creepy and hard to sleep comfortably.

This property is older but room very clean. Beds and pillows great. Very quiet. Small Korean bbq just across parking lot had affordable delicious food. Very nice people working front desk.

The checkin was ok, no major problems. The location is easy to get to if you are coming on Hey 99 heading north, but going south had many turns to get to the property. Poor location.

Won’t be coming back
Woke up to a beer can and a pee outside our door. Was scratching all night not sure what was in bed sheets. The cleanliness was ok just the condition of the place and type of people that stay there made it for a scary one off stay.

Homeless people were sleeping and hanging out on the property, including the staircase. We didn't feel safe staying here. The room and outside facility were dirty.

it was a bit noisy but it was close to a main road. walls seem to not have very much insulation, could hear people talking outside. the room and staff were good. girlfriend noticed that there was coffee in the room but no coffee maker, they found one for her right away. stay was good.

Terrible experience. A/c didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Sink in little kitchen area unusable as it leaked massive amounts of water if turned on. Night staff unhelpful in solutions. Random mattresses and bed frames along the property. It cost me $140 should’ve cost $40 as it was rundown motel conditions. Stay away

Check in staff friendly. Bathroom had uncomfortable smell. Rubber tub mat filthy, bath mat dirty, tub enamel very worn, at least it wasn’t painted purple like one VRBO. Entire stay felt uncomfortable.

People coming and going all night in the suite above us. Cars constantly arriving and leaving the parking lot. It seems like some sort of of illicit business was going on. Did not sleep and feared for our safety.

Property was way better than I thought it would be for the price. There are a lot of good places to eat within walking distance and they were very accommodating when we needed to stay a little longer to wait for our ride.

The place is old and decaying. Teeny bugs near all the plumbing, a few ants in the room, stale cigarette smoke permeating the walls, we had to switch rooms and I still woke up headachey from the combination of strong cleaning chemicals and old smoke. Bed and linens seemed clean… cheap foam mattresses aren’t very firm and they radiate a lot of heat. Just not a pleasant experience. Nice front desk guy but awful place to stay. Also, fwiw Edmonds is NOT “north Seattle” it’s 20-45 minutes north of Seattle depending on traffic.

Old and dirty. Poor neighborhood
I was really disappointed in the property. There were lots of people in the parking lot that did not look like they were staying there. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The floor was dirty and the sheets were questionable. I almost left but had already paid and it was late at night. Not my choice for a decent place to stay

Our stay was for the most part great, the lady that was on day shift; Asmeret; is AWESOME. Her night equivalent not so much. The room on the third floor was very quiet, room 212 on the second floor is a disaster - the full time lady upstairs is very noisy and is up ALL night walking around, dropping things and being noisy. The motel is in a great location close to Costco, Safeway, Fred Meyer and other stores. The outdoor stairs and hallways could use a good cleaning, other than that, our overall experiend was good.

I was an hour early, but they had a room ready for me in about 10 minutes. Had an issue with ants in the bathroom and they provided me with some ant spray which took care of the problem. About 9 PM, someone used a key card and attempted to enter my room. Apparently the check-in person forgot to enter that I was in that room and another person was checked into my room. The night check-in person called and apologized for the error. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday night, but people were walking on the walkway outside the rooms and just their footsteps woke me up several times through the night.

Clerk at front desk was overly friendly, held my hand and followed me out to my vehicle. Made me very uncomfortable. People loitering on hotel property as well as the property next door. There were bangs on my door during night hours, sounded like someone was trying to unlock my door. I would never go there again.

Wouldn’t stay here again
Room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The pull out bed/sofa was super dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. There were lots of ants in the bathroom and sand like dirt in the room. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Run down, and don't expect to get deposit back
The room was very run down, the towels in the bathroom were stained, the bed was very uncomfortable, and my $200 deposit has not been returned to me. The room was not particularly clean - the floor was gritty and the bathtub was stained. Everything was just sort of broken or run down and the room smelled bad. Further, there were guests wandering around outside more or less naked - I suspect they charged by the hour. The front desk staff was pleasant enough.
