I found this to be an average hotel, with the exception of the balcony views of the racetrack. There were what appeared to be semi-pro racers using the track until about sundown which I found entertaining and not obtrusively loud from the 4th floor. It is located a few miles outside Sebring proper in a quiet, semi-rural setting. The restaurant/bar was open "sun-up" to 9am/12-2pm and 5-9pm. I did not use it. Amenities were minimal though the Motel puts a $50 hold on your card if you were to avail yourself of any, whatever they are. It is promptly removed following checkout. If you are going to watch a race I recommend the top floor. Pool is well kept but quite small.

Many areas of The property are old and dated. The fixtures in the rooms are rusted and the balconies undesirable…yuck. Oh the dining options are also limited. Not so great I say

Check in was easy and smooth. They upgraded my room free of charge. Staff was helpful and it is right next to the airport and racetrack. I have stayed several times and have never been disappointed.

It's not as fancy as they would like people to believe it is. It is a nice place to stay. The front desk person in the evening was a delight to interact with. Sorry I don't remember her name. But she has doggies I do remember that. It is pet friendly there as we had our fur baby with us. Rooms were clean and spacious. It was cool to watch the racecars practice at the Sebring track from our window and from the pool area. As for the restaurant that is there called Apex, I'm gonna guess we showed up on a bad night for the workers.. We left with out eating and ordered pizza. Then wait staff didn't seem to care and took for ever just to get a glass of sweet tea. Which wasn't even sweet tea when we got it. Other than the Apex part our stay was very pleasant.

Restaurant of Hotel was fantastic, ribeye and homemade pretzels. Chef came and checked on us. Pool is a great swim after a long day tracking can see the track from most of the hotel rooms.

Overall I expected more from a hotel that caters to a wedding or drivers. The first room was dirty. The tvs are a nightmare to maneuver. The bartender touched food with her hands. The hostess was nice but ignorant (no offense) to what was going on. There wasn’t enough carts (2 for whole hotel). For hosting a wedding I expected more concierge help from the hotel. The elevators are terribly slow, other guests even joked about that while in elevator. Best thing about the hotel is the view. The food wasn’t bad for a hotel and the one girl who helped with the wedding was awesome. Think her name is Sherome. Think they need some personality training. None were really friendly or helpful except Sherome. It was mediocre. But, at least it was cheap. Will likely not stay again.

We liked watching racecars practice. The breakfast buffet was very nice and convenient. One small issue was that it took a very long time to get hot water at the sink, but the shower was hot quickly.

Property was nice however someone billed a food purchase to my room account and after almost 4 weeks and numerous phone calls the charge had not been refunded I was informed several times that the charge would be refunded but no one ever returns my calls after they say they will credit my card. We did not eat in there restaurant and they must not verify room numbers when they do their charges. You better check your account before you leave the hotel. Not very cooperative

There was a coachroach in my room which my I laid to rest. The staff did not remove it after i alerted them in the morning until i returned later that evening.

If you are not a racing car enthusiast, this is not a hotel for you. It is right next door to the race track. They start racing about 8 am - 5 pm. A great experience.
