“Walking into the hotel all you can smell is smoke. All along the corridor to our room it smelt like cigarettes. The furniture in room 215 needs to be replaced looks chewed or scratched up by an animal. The lights were serial different shades not one light bulb used throughout giving the worst lighting in the room AND bathroom. The bathroom smelled of mildew. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom, it is supposed to be able to room 4 people why only 2 towels. Three of the tables in breakfast...
