"The shuttle is really convenient because it is far away from the airport. It is a tiny place, nothing fancy or luxurious. The people are super kind and helpful. The restaurant near the Nile is beautiful, and the food is so tasty. If you like to disconnect from everything with no pretension, this is the place. It needs a bit of maintenance, but it is a comfortable place."

"The room was great as well as the view! Sunsets every night from my balcony.. the breakfast was very good with fresh to made omelets and crepes! The staff was always helpful and friendly. One of the best places I’ve stayed! Has a boat to the shore of the East Bank every few minutes. I enjoyed the dinner at the Egyptian restaurant and the view there was fantastic as well. I will be back when I’m in Aswan again!"

"Wow!! An incredible find- book now!! The staff is incredible & hospitality always with a joy filled smile. Incredibly well decorated with amazing combination of Nubian & Greek influence. Actually met the designer, she works at the hotel & I praised her on the decor!! Food was good, large portions & fresh. Walked the village with bright colored homes, market shops & camels. Bed were comfortable. Views spectacular!!"

A particularly touching gesture was receiving a kind note written in English in the morning, and the receptionist even greeting us in our native language, Tamil—a thoughtful detail that made us feel truly special. The hospitality here stood out in comparison to other places we visited in Egypt. Unlike elsewhere, the staff or other natives here did not demand tips, which added to the sincerity of their service. "Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos. Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services. But everything else was wonderful."
