Fantastic place for a brief stay in the Alsace wine region. The way the hotel has been built into essentially four old framework houses is stunning. The services and atmosphere are top. This was way above our expectation.

Fine hotel

This hotel is ok. There is no restaurant and the parking is down the street a ways which isn't the most convenient- they should have valet. The room was large and very comfortable. Staff is excellent.

Very romantic hotel in a small town in Alsace

amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again

The way the bath and shower had been designed is just inacceptable : it is just impossible to take your shower without banging your head on the ceiling which is very low. In the room next to ours, it was the same! You cannot 5* to a hotel, where you do not have the possibility to take a shower in normal conditions, this is the basics .

We arrived at the property late and the room we booked and paid for was not available - we booked a Jr Suite with King bed and two single beds, and they only had small Jr Suite with one bed. So they made us get another room for 300 Eur - we feel like we were taken advantage of because we arrived late and did not have any other options given the late hour.

Excelente com uma ressalva

A estadia de nossa familia ( 2 quartos ) foi excelente. A unica ressalva que gostaria de expor é o problema de ar condicionado que ocorreu num dos quartos. (Foi solucionado apos 3 dias). Sugerimos manutencao no sistema de ar condicionado com mais frequencia para que um Hotel deste alto nivel nao passe mais por isso com seus hospedes.

Liebliche Unterkunft, schönes Ambiente, Lage herrlich unter Rebbergen, schönes Hotel. Wenn man wert auf den Namen „ Spa“ legt, wird man rasch enttäuscht. Der Spa ist sehr klein, die wenigen Liegestühle, waren alle belegt und wir konnten uns nicht mal hinsetzen. 2 Saunas und ein kleiner, jedoch sehr schöner Pool. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker, es hat jedoch nur 2 Hauptgänge zur Auswahl und das war an den beiden Abenden als wir dort waren, dasselbe. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Strassbourg oder Colmar. Das Städtchen selber hat nur sehr spärliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Von Anfang bis Ende gelungen. Super Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allem die Dame an der Bar hat es uns angetan! Sie war super kompetent und freundlich. Das Spa ist effektiv recht klein geraten, aber uns hat es gefallen.

Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel, vous payer le prix d'un 5 étoiles pour un médiocre 4 étoiles. l'acces aux chambres se fait par un escalier (pas d'ascenseur) et personne ne vous a proposé de vous déposer les valises. Les chambres sont trop petite et pour vous dire on n'arrive même pas a étre 2 personnes ensemble dans la salle de bains, elle fait a peine 3m2. Le spa il y de la place pour peut etre 8 personnes, autant il est tres beau mais tres vite a saturation. Null au prix fort

Déçu de notre week-end de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel que nous connaissons bien. Chambre minuscule sans ascenseur avec minuscules fenêtres pourtant à 400€ la nuit. Wc sale, spot cassé, petit déjeuner à 28€ mais il ne restait rien. (1choix de confiture) il restait 3 petits bouts de fromage. On a demandé une autre chambre qui était cette plus grande mais les fenêtres ne donnaient pas sur l’extérieur mais sur le couloirs (passage de clients), est ce vraiment un standing 5* cette chambre restante à 400€? L’endroit est très beau et l’ambiance est chaleureuse mais aujourd’hui nous trouvons que le tarif est bien trop élevé.
