I appreciated with how quick and easy the check in and out were. The staff was nice. However, the walls were either really thin or our neighbors were extremely noisy. Almost every night it was hard to fall asleep due to doors being slammed and i could even hear my neighbors phone going off. The 4th floor also had a weird smell to it and the internet didnt work that well.

Easy on and off location. It's a great place except there was a strong cooking type smell in hallway on 4th floor. Wasn't pleasant. I'm sure it was temporary. All else was good.

3rd floor was terrible noisy people slamming doors, loud talking, until 3am. I finally fell asleep until 5am a little dog started barking. I always stay at La Quinta but this is my first bad experience. A long day at seminar and a 5 hr drive back home on 2-3 hours sleep is not good

I stayed at this property due to its location. I would recommend staying here for short stays if you need to be in and out of the area. The walls are then so I heard everything in the hallway and the noise work me up both days. The hot water was nonexistent the entire stay. The room phone did not work. The staff was nice and accommodating as possible. Our room was big and spacious!

Je ne connaissais pas cette chaîne d hotel vraiment appréciée les petites attentions, le confort, la déco. C'est propre, chaleureux, personnels sympathiques, le déjeuner c était bien oeufs, saucisses, patates, pain, enveloppes gruau, yogourt, café chaud et bien plus. Côté amélioration très peu. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, avisé l accueil mais personne edt venu, y a pas de salle d entraînement, le système de chauffage est difficile à comprendre mais pas bruyant et je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner le séchoir. Nous avons loué une chambre à 2 lits et il y avait seulement une chaise. On aurait demandé cela à la personne qui serait venu pour le frigo mais personne n'est venue. Cela ne nous a pas empêcher de bien dormir car nous avions notre propre frigo mais peut-etre pour quelqu'un d'autre cela aurait poser problème. Merci pour le séjour. Je choisirai probablement d autres Quinta.

the layout is generally good. The room was clean and ready for use. There is plenty of lighting, which is very helpful. It was interesting to find the closet immediately inside the room door. That meant that the main door had to be closed before hanging any clothes. The closet door did not open or close easily. It was surprising that the bar for the hangars was so close to the top of the closet that my hangars did not fit on it. It would be helpful to have a guide for how to use the television. The system for finding channels may be intuitive to some; it was a frustration to me.

Elevator was not working...pool not available, trash everyone outside - dumpster overflowing. Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times in the morning before check out to see if I was gone to clean my room - it was horrible. Pet friendly which is fine but the guests were horrible with their pets and people were running up and down the hall. the walls are paper thin. Gross. Never ever again.
