“The room was clean and spacious. The view was like something out of a movie, amazing! Slightly disappointed to find out the restaurant was pizzas only but the pizza was nice. Breakfast was also a slight let down, not much hot food to offer there than hotdog sausages and eggs. There were no pastries left when we went up”

“I booked a stay at this Filario Hotel, but fell we fell sick before the hotel stay. We reached out 24 hours prior to the hotel stay to see if we can switch to date ore receive a partial refund, but the hotel staff took the entire cost of the booking as they said it was nonrefundable when we booked it through expedia. We even provided a doctor's note, but they were not accommodating. The hotel staff and management were very late to respond despite multiple emails, just giving us the run around....

“One of the nicest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff went above and beyond to help. My husband left his sunglasses in the restaurant and while we were waiting for the ferry they actually sent them down with a shuttle for him, which was so helpful because we were going to Bellagio for a couple days. The pool is stunning. It was so nice. There’s very few places with pools there so it was great to sit out there in the afternoon. It was so hot. We didn’t eat there so I’m not sure...

“만족스럽던 숙박이었어요! 차 없는 뚜벅이라 사실 버스타고 다니기 어려웠는데요, 부근에 배를 탈 수 있는 곳이 있고 버스내리는 곳도 가까워서 다닐만은 했습니다. 그래도 차가 있으신 분이 숙박하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 추워서 물에서 노는 패들보트는 이용 못했지만 레스토랑도 만족스러웠구요, 호텔 조식도 맛있었어요! 싱글룸은 깔끔하고 사이즈는 당연히 작았지만 혼자 지내기 적당하구요. 다음에 차를 렌트해서 다시 방문하고 싶어요. ”

“Stunning location & comfortable rooms. Tip: it is better if you have your own car but there is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff but disappointing there was no water or tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working for the first 48 hours which, during a hot spell, made one room uncomfortable.”
