"Nice newer facility and friendly staff, but the hot tub had been down for a while for maintenance and the breakfast was minimal even though advertized as one of the best. Then I accidentally left an item in my room and when I tried to call the hotel their number doesn't work x 2 days now. I contacted the main website but the chat bot is not helpful and their is no way to speak to a real person."

"The room wasn't ready for us when we arrived and we were not informed. We had unloaded our things into the room when housekeeping came by to put sheets on the bed; we opted to put them on ourselves, but the sheets that were handed to us were stained. The mirrors behind the headboard were uncomfortable, and it was clear that at one point there were two but one was missing which... Honestly, if both were gone we wouldn't have missed them. The window seat was super nice, though the view was... A parking lot mostly, but the sunset was gorgeous so I can't complain. The shower was... Interesting, shooting water in some directions that weren't necessarily at me."
