It was New hotel. so Everything was Clean and new. But IT was little far from city and seminayk square. etc When you go out anywhere, you should take motorbike or Taxi But it was clean and many staffs were helpful

Staff are very nice and friendly. Hotel is quiet and safe. Liked the buffet breakfast they change some entree daily . If i will go back to Bali will definitely book this hotel again.

Disappointing.
We had 3x rooms. Very noisy. All 3x rooms smelt mouldy inside. Staff were not well spoken in English. We were sick for a short time & to think they wanted to charge us an additional $2 for an ice bucket !

Very average, not worth the price I paid
This hotel was very average. For the price I don’t think it’s worth it. Nothing Special, not the best location, it said it had a free beach shuttle, but there wasn’t, the pool has only 2 chairs, the pillows were gigantic and made my neck very sore. Breakfast and staff were great, but aside from that I would give it a 6/10.

The staff was nice and ready to help. Great location to visit Bali and awsome breakfast! The building needs some renovation on the outside/gym area. Rooms instead are well kept, and I have also received a piece of cake on my bday. Everyone was really nice!

Wonderful service but the hotel is tired
We stayed at the Santika Hotel for 1 night on 6 January. The room was large, airy and clean at first glance however we noticed some ants on the dresser, it turned out that some crumbs that were left by the previous occupants hadn't been seen by the cleaning crew. We wiped these ourselves as we travel with antibacterial wipes. Breakfast was a buffet with variety: traditional Indonesian breakfast and western foods were on display. We wanted to try the traditional foods and found Ami, our breakfast host to be very helpful. The service overall is excellent and apart from the crumbs our room was spotless. One thing I noticed is that the floor had been mopped, I do not believe this happens everywhere, most hotels seem to sweep the rooms but not mop the floors. The hotel does look tired and could do with painting in places to restore it to it's former glory.

De l’extérieur, l’hôtel ne paraît pas super mais qu’on on entre dans l’hôtel, le hall, l’acceuil, les chambres sont dignes d’un 5*. Petit déjeuner savoureux. Seul bémol, nous avons dû payer les 2 extra café pris au petit-déjeuner sans qu’on nous disent que nous avions juste droit à un seul. Stars: 3/5 Located on a busy road. The lobby is beautiful and smells good. The service is very good. People are always smiling and very welcoming. The rooms themselves are small. Bathroom is small. No need to get a balcony room because view is off empty lot and old homes. Food is good. Mix drinks not good. Just get a beer and call it a day. For the price you pay it was good. I am not picky so it fit me well as I was out of my room and away from hotel basically all day except to sleep.

This hotel gets a solid no from me. Its not that bad, it's just boring. Pros Huge bed (But don't bother with the "balcony" rooms, pics are deceiving, the balcony is non existent) Clean basic shower Buffet breakfast options aren't bad Cons Far from EVERYTHING Pool isn't that great.. Gym is ridiculous Balcony room, really? That's a joke Hotel pics are plain deceiving. Not a fan of Santika.. I wouldn't recommend it or come back to stay either. Far more hotels out there..

Very nice *** Stars Hotel.
Nice hotel located on a busy road. 10 mins walk from shops and restaurants. Friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. Always happy to help. Very nice rooftop pool and restaurant. Maybe breakfast needs improvement with better pastry and Daily offer. Great room, big bed. Great WiFi. The free shower soap comes only in a small tube and when you are 2 it’s not enough. I needed to ask the reception for more. Same as the toilet paper. A good tip is to have a scooter to move around or use Grab app. Cheaper that the taxis. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Hotel caters for Chinese guests. Period.
Roofdeck pool is nice and packed with loud Chinese guests. Staff aren't that friendly, front desk are sticking their faces on their computer so don't be sad if nobody greets you lol. Front desk staff just stares at you when you asked something, I would say they dont understand the universal language. Room is dark, not well lit. Not that clean. Staff in the resto are nosy and won't let you finish your food, took your plates right away. Breakfast suck since this hotel caters the taste of Chinese guests which infact most of the hotel guests are Chinese. Rude and loud Chinese guests at the pool area, dining and lobby.

Lovely rooms and rooftop pool
We stayed there 4 nights, rooms are generally spacious and quite well maintained. I did like the decor Bathroom was good size but would have expected better cleanliness standard. Good size pool, but the area should be better arranged, not the most cozy although it has lot of potential. Breakfast is certainly the biggest down side, mainly indonesian options, loads of carbs and lacks of good variety. Breakfast and dining area needs some work. Wifi was so-so.

Hotel Santika Seminyak is a simple, minimalist hotel with a touch of Indonesia vintage style. The staff are excellent and try their best to accommodate our requests, as we all know it is Bali, and it's well known with their superb customer service. The breakfast in the Restaurant has lots of varieties. My group and I were satisfied with traditional food choices they provided daily. We didn't even go into western food section at all which contain lots of variety as well. I love how the Staff at the restaurant display a great teamwork attitude, very polite and a very welcoming smile all the time. Keep up the good work guys!! And in terms of location, it is a perfect place to stay away from the hustle bustle of Kuta Legian and if you don't mind not being so close to the beach than this place would be an ideal place to stay. The guest service will be more than willing to assist should you need transport to access different areas. The swimming pool is best to visit around 7 - 10 am and after 4 PM. In between those times, it would not be suitable unless if you don't mind with the sun heat. I don't think it will be necessary to mention little minor issues because, for 3 and a half star level hotel, Santika did and delivered excellent service. Overall, my group and I had a charming, enjoyable and pleasant stay in Santika Seminyak hotel.

Nice hotel, good location, breakfast had lots of options even catered for Westerners. Room was a tad small & shower facility was left to be desired. cleaners only seemed to change bed, never gave toilet paper or took out bins etc. Staff were friendly.

As a westerner and travel the world think it would be a good idea to have milk & hot water near the tea and coffee instead of having to ask staff for hot water every time. Why not put some umbrellas up each day by the pool as no one wants to get burnt which can cause skin cancer
