Such a nice place to stay and relax in the heart of Ubud. Close to Ubud center and monkey forest. May have occasional monkey visitors to your private pool but we liked seeing them. We tried the Balinese massage which was amazing. The staff were truly friendly and helpful. Very responsive. The only downside I would say is the food. I feel it could use some improvement. But other than that our whole stay was great. Would definitely recommend and come back.

This hotel is a beautiful and quiet oasis away from busy Ubud. We would have loved to stay longer. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, food was excellent, and our room spacious and well furnished w a private garden and plunge pool. The spa area is beautiful as well, and my massage was great. A wonderful experience all around.

Our stay at Tejaprana Bisma was, without exaggeration, one of the best hospitality experiences of our lives, and a perfect setting for a honeymoon. The facilities were stunning: private pools, serene Balinese architecture, and thoughtfully designed villas overlooking the jungle valley made every moment feel special. What truly set this place apart was the staff. Service was excellent, but what stood out most was how they anticipated our needs before we even asked, adding personal touches throughout our stay that made everything feel elevated and deeply intentional. It genuinely felt like they were reading our minds. The hotel restaurant’s food was stellar, with every meal, from Balinese specialties to international dishes, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The location is unbeatable too, just minutes from Ubud’s main attractions like markets, temples, rice terraces, and galleries, while still offering a peaceful retreat to return to. A flawless 10/10. We’d recommend Tejaprana Bisma to absolutely anybody.

Beautiful property, we were in the valley view suites. The rooms were big and with all modern amenities. We asked for hot water for our tea and they delivered an electric kettle for our future use. The staff was very courteous and would go out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was wholesome and excellent. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

It’s more than a friendly environment, it’s a home you want to come back to again and again. Thank you so much, Tejabisma, we love you ❤️

Amazing place to stay, this is our second time here and it’s located wonderfully. You can stroll into central Ubud within a matter of mins and yet it’s set back far enough so the villas are tranquil and peaceful without any noise of traffic etc. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond. If you are looking at booking this place then just do it - you won’t regret it!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in!

This was a comfortable well maintained hotel. The room was excellent with private plunge pool with sun loungers. The staff were exceptional, always cheerful and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We booked a tour with driver Made, who was an excellent driver with perfect English and a great knowledge of the island. We thoroughly recommend this hotel and would use them again without hesitation.

There are not enough words or space to write about this magical place—the facilities are wonderful, the staff is very attentive and the spa is great. There is a driver for the hotel, Made, who is fantastic. He drove us to great places, told us about the history of various parts of Bali, and was extremely knowledgeable. If you stay at the resort, I recommend that you ask for Made to drive you around to see the sites. You will not be disappointed!

Staff are wonderful, they are very friendly and remember your name. Their spa facilities is good with nice treatments and the room are nicely decorated. However, I found stains in the bed sheets and for the bathroom, I would recommend warm lights than white lights which is more cohesive with the ambience of the room. The property is located in a more quiet area of Ubud, not near to the main shopping area. And the view of my room and the yoga area is amazing and serine.
