First of all we do apologize regarding to the noise from the surrounding outside bars, especially because we are located in the heart of Seminyak. We were checking your shower from your previous rooms but we found everything are running well & hot water came out accordingly, however my suggestion please to call us immediately if you found something not working properly on your stay so we could fix them right the way for your convenience stay. While we make up your room during the day time, we also visit all the rooms at the evening to set up for the night such as close the curtain, refill room amenities, etc. We didn't intend to surprise you but just want to welcome you back with a fresh room after going out for sunset drinks or dinner. Also, unfortunately we do not provide any tube for our swimming pool. We will help to pump up a tube if the guest bring their own one. We are afraid that the smoke might go to next door balcony or the cigarette might drop to the swimming pool especially your room have direct pool access. I'd like to explain about the room category you stayed, which is called "Deluxe Pool View" on Expedia and it doesn't mean the room has a private pool but direct access to the pool from your room. If you require a private pool with your room, I recommend to check our sister property, The Amala in Seminyak and they have private pool villas.
