The room was dark and quiet at night and the air conditioning meant I could cool the room down when needed, helpful during the unexpected heatwave. Staff were always helpful when I had any questions or requests. Having a convience store next to the hotel was great and only a 15 minute walk from the major train station.

This hotel is convenient ,easy access to Sendai station and there is a convenient store at 1st floor. However room space is not spacious and some noise might hear during sleeping. However staffs are kind and good attitude for guests.

Customer Service was invaluable. We had left some items here, and the APA Sendai staff communicated with our next hotel to facilitate their return. They shipped the lost items to our next stay at the APA Ryogoku.

I like the staff and certain amenities provided, however, the rooms where not as clean. Carpet was a bit damp and my rooms air conditioner needed be cleaned or wiped, could not sleep without having the window open. Breakfast was awesome.

Great stay as usual for APA. Family mart is connected to the hotel in the lobby. Odd part is if you enter into lobby by family mart you will need a key card when you can walk around without a keycard. Kind of pointless. There seems to be mold buildup in the public baths on the ceiling near the windows.

The hotel is located in a bit of an awkward corner spot for those that are carrying heavy luggage as there is no direct crossing on road to get there. There is an overhead bridge with steps at the intersection, so if you are carrying heavy luggage you need to walk further down to the next set of lights to cross the road.

ネットで評判の良い朝食は2500円超えで食べる価値は…正直微妙なところ。地元らしい牛タン、せり鍋、温麺などがあったが、特別感はないかんじ。大浴場があるのが嬉しいのと、部屋についてのマイナス点は特にないです。歯ブラシ磨きやすかったです。お水が用意されてるのも嬉しかったです。少し歩くけど、また利用するかもです。
