โIdeal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.
James and Michael specially were very courteous.โ
โroom cleaning was done even in late afternoon (since I woke up quite late, it was pleasant surprise)
with its price, i should say well-equipped and well-managed.
gym was quite small but had most of the things that are needed.

โ24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again.โ
โThis hotel was such a a great start to our Malaysia trip. The photos don't really do it justice in my view. Our room (Glam VI) was beautiful and so spacious and comfortable. Particularly liked the separate seating area to relax in. As for the reception/bar/restaurant area - this was stunning. โThis property was beautiful. It is located in an area that may seem isolated, at first, but a ten minute walk up the hill will give you a place where you can shop and eat. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and playground. Itโs is certainly family friendly. The host was very communicative. โ
โThe reception was not that great. They socially profiled me and told me that I had to pay a deposit and that I shouldn't break anything. But I saw 2 people before me that didn't pay any deposit and their service was impeccable. And when I insisted that expedia didn't mention anything about it. They let it go but repeated multiple times that I should not break anything
