The room I got looked like it is still being constructed. The bathroom door wasn’t able to shut completely. The light was broken. But good thing was the staff was responsive and change our room quickly upon request.

Clean but quite old and worn hotel, twin rooms are quite small. Location is convenient, near lots of food options and just directly opposite the local 5-day market. Short drive to seongsan ilchulbong.

The 30-min hot water limitation was a big turnoff

We chose this hotel because it was near the mountain where we intended to watch the sunrise. The view from the room is beautiful. Although we read about the 30-min hot water limitation, it still came as a big annoyance especially when travelling with small children.

Good Choice and if on a Tight Budget

This hotel is great for a budget stay. The location is great, it was clean and seemed safe, and it is inexpensive. However, it is overall run down and gloomy. Our room had had a recent partial makeover. Whilst walls and furniture were scuffed and old, the bathroom and kitchen seemed very new, albeit a renovation done down to a price, as doors did not fit and grout was missing. The sole member of staff in the lobby was friendly. The lack of hotel amenities is compensated by a many options nearby.

There were holes in the bathroom wall tiles in front of the toilet and many holes in the grout in the shower. Originally planned to stay two nights but left after one. The door did not have other safety locks to prevent others from coming in. The only lock was with the key card. Hotel seems cheaply constructed as well, which is what you would expect for a 3 star, but safety was a huge concern.

The worst stay experience in Jeju. The facility is not well-managed or maintained at all. Room condition was very poor and not clean at all. Things are not working so I needed to change rooms several times. They really need to hire more people to clean the room and manage the quality of condition. The only thing was good is one of the famous markets is just across the road. I would not go back to stay this hotel.

Customer service is bad, reception doesn’t speak English, unable to communicate with them. On my second day of stay, I left my key card with the counter and informed them to please clean my room whilst I am out for the day, the person at the counter doesn’t seem to pay attention and my room was not cleaned when I returned.

위생 조금 빼면 전반적으로 괜찮아요

가장 불편했던게 위생부분인데 객실 내 에어컨 상태가 좋지 못한거 같은데 필터 교체도 잘 안되는 것 같고, 묵는동안 청소도 한번 안헤주시고 뭔가 전반적으로 좀 불편했어요 또 지하 1 층 편의점 사장님 응대도 불편한게 동네구멍가게 같은 수준의 응대라 계산 할 때 툭툭 던지는 듯한 화법이나 비닐에 대한 포장도 던지듯이 알아서 포장해가라 하시고 여러모로 별로 반가고싶네오 주차장은 좀 여유로웠습니다.

예전에는 좋았을지 모르겠으나 현재는 청결이나 시설 모두 떨어집니다. 그냥 숙박만 싸게하길 원하는 분들만 이용하시면 됩니다. 단 출장이실 경우 다리미와 다리미판도 제공하지 않으니 염두에 두시기 바랍니다. 찍은 사진보니 잘나오긴 하네요…

앞애보이는 뷰가 앞권입니다. 그리고 숙박료 아주 저렴한 편이구요. 욕실 수건은 새것으로 교체해야만 합니다. 실내가 좁지만 조금은 편한 쇼파를 배치하면 호텔 품격이 조금은더 올라가겠죠.

전망만 좋았다.

조식먹을수 있는 레스토랑이 없어서 외부 식당 찾아가서 먹어야됨.. 코시국이라 그런건 알겠는데 가족여행으로는 너무 중요한 요소라서요. 수건도 몇개는 냄새나궁.. 베개도 하나는 냄새나서 걍 남는 베개 베고 잤네요. 다신 안갈듯... 내부 리모델링도 좀 필요해보입니다. 좋았던건 전망 하나뿐.

예약정보와 너무 달라요. 뷰는 좋지만 조식도 제공이 안되고 시설도 굉장히 노후 되어있고 수영장 이용도 제한되고있습니다. 이 사실을 호텔 관리자에게 말했으나 어쩔수 없다는 말만 하며 굉장히 무책임한 태도를 보여 황당했음. 잠만 자기에는 좋았음. 편의시설은 거의 제로에 가까우며 서비스도 제로

가성비 좋구, 방은 그런대로 넓은 편이고, 룸 바닥은 카펫이 아니라 벌레걱정 없고, 주차는 주변에 공터가 많아 별 문제 없었습니다.

가성비는 좋아요 객실이 커서 맘에 들었어요 하지만 너무 노후된 느낌. 벽에 기스,얼룩 너무 심하고 곳곳이 엉망입니다 샤워기도 너무 지저분 하고요.. 호스 바꿔야 할것 같아요 관리가 좀 안되는 느낌이 들어 아쉬웠네요 ~

침대시트는 청결했지만 기타룸내부 먼지 청소가 안되어있어요. 보이는곳만청소하신듯. 티비위에 먼지가 뿌옇고 유리창바깥쪽이 청소가안되어 뿌애서 밖경치보기 그랬어요. 냉장고 성능이 별로라 안시원하고 그거말고는 좀 낡은것빼곤 괜찮아요. 에어콘이나 보이지않는곳 청소만 잘되면 다음에 또 이용하고싶어요
