Really nice place to stay. It’s clean and staff are friendly. Close to the cheonjiyeon and jeongbang falls and market. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and good location.

Hotel was located in a good area of Seogwipo. Convenient parking on site. Morning breakfast was good. Across the street from ShinShin Hotel Seogwipo so I got confused initially. Staff at both desks were pretty curt and rude. Not the most helpful. Good restaurants and some sites in walking distance. Laundry in room was nice to have, but would be helpful to have a drying rack on site as there is no washer. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

The room is a good size, but definitely not like what's in the photos (little more worn down). It's nice that they give you new towels and water everyday even when you don't do room cleaning, by hanging the stuff on the doorknob. Outside hallways are old and dingy. Glad that there's a 7-eleven convenient store at the hotel too.

It was a very nice location. The room I had was spacious and very nicely decorated and well equipped with full size fridge, dining/work table, nice shower etc. Added bonus is there a legit massage place across the street that was a life saver after days of hiking etc.

When we first got a room on the third floor, we found the floor and the room were smelly. So, we requested changing our room. Though it’s only 4th floor, it was so much better (no smell). I think the staff should not give us the room on 3th floor if it is so smelly.

The housekeeping is just changing of towers & replace water. Toilet no cleaning & the cleanliness is terrible. Only the queen bed is ok, the other 2 single beds, the conditions were bad.

Needs Attention.

The hotel is in need of some serious maintenance and accommodation updates. While the room was spacious, the toilet failed to operate if power is not provided to the stall. This resulted in sewer gasses being allowed to flow back into the room. The shower water system was falling off the wall. The sink was blocked with hair and gunk- front desk notified, no action taken/noticed. Breakfast was decent; however, hot items were not hot.

Super spacious room with great Ocean View. The washing machine inside the room came in handy as we were able to wash our clothes when needed. If only there is a small microwave oven to allow us to heat up our food, that would have been perfect. Location wise, it is walking distance to shopping street, the port and beach, but be prepared to walk up a gradual slope as the hotel is located up hill from the beach/port. Whole building looks a little run down but the room is still decent. House keeping needs to be improved as there were no bath towels provided and we had to ask for them. One of the bath towels given had a hole in it. The towels were taken to wash and were never replaced. Overall, for the room size and location, it is value for money and good for families.

The photos made the property seem far nicer than it actually was. The curtains in the room were so dusty. The air conditioning wasn’t working at all. There is no concierge, only the two ladies at the reception who were not very helpful. There are no restaurants in the area that open until after 5pm which wouldn’t ordinarily be a problem except that the hotel is around the corner from some strip clubs so if you are traveling with children, it does not seem safe at all. Furthermore, the hotel’s only restaurant serves only breakfast so eating out of the hotel is necessary. I would definitely not take a family there. It is definitely a no-frills place. We chose it because it was close to the water but this is not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination and it was not worth the money we paid.

Horrible check-in process

We arrived at 11ish pm to check in and the receptionist struggled to find our booking despite us showing the hotels.com booking reference within the Hotels.com app and separate email confirmation. This went on for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we requested to park our car at the garage first while she continued looking for our booking to get us checked in. Upon returning, there was no progress and the receptionist was still not able to pull up our booking to check us in. After another 10 minutes, a 2nd receptionist came (presumably the manager), and asked to see the booking reference and also had trouble finding our booking. After another round of waiting, we finally got our room key. In total, it took us around 45 minutes to check in. In terms of the room, the furnishings were old and worn but at least it is spacious. Overall, I would say that the pictures are not reflective of the current condition of the room and I would not recommend staying here.

1/ parties communes = moquettes tachées partout, tâches de nourriture non nettoyées, poubelles alimentaires des chambres devant les portes = odeurs horribles. Murs en décomposition avec des éclats de peinture de partout. 2/ chambres non conformes aux photos, meubles cassés abîmés, poils et cheveux dans la salle de bain et derrière les portes, joints moisis, rideaux malodorants 3/ le personnel ne parle que chinois et coréen, impossible de communiquer même avec des applications de traduction. Ne savent pas indiquer de restau ou de bureau d'information touristique.

Ok, opphold. Det var rent da vi kom, men det lå igjen noe hår fra forrige person her og der. Hotellet var noe slitt og flere steder trengte oppussing. Hotellet lå sentralt i Seogwipo og det var lett å komme seg rundt. Pluss også for store rom og vaskemaskin på rommet.
