We arrived 2 hours earlier than the scheduled check in. We meant to just leave our luggage but we were allowed to check in as the room was ready. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi while the adults enjoyed the sauna. Very spacious - we had a really comfortable stay.

계단많음

좋은 여행에서 잘 쉬었습니다.두번째 아트빌라스이용인데 대체적으로 좋습니다.근데 이번숙소는 계단이 많아서 다음엔 다른타잎으로 갈거같습니다.짐들고 오르내리기힘듭니다

전경도 좋고 조용한 숙소입니다. 가족들이 며칠 지내고 가기에는 괜찮아요. 다만 다른 호텔, 리조트와 비교해서 그 유명세나 가격에 비해서는 부대시설이나 서비스가 적정한 것 같지는 않네요. 시설들이 조금 낡았어요.

예전부터 가고 싶었던 켄고 쿠마에서 묵었습니다 기대했던것 이상으로 편안하게 쉬고 왔어요 힐링을 위한 최고의 선택이었던 것 같습니다. 홈페이지에 있는 투숙객 이벤트 (드라이빙레인지 패키지)문의를 했었는데 프론트에서는 전혀 자기업무 어닌것 처럼 아침에 골프장에 문의해봐야 한다 한게 좀 이해는 안되었지만 나머지는 만족합니다
