"Although the hotel has been around for quite some time, it has been beautifully renovated and feels very modern, clean, and well maintained. The view of Seokchon Lake was especially impressive! The food was also excellent, with high-quality ingredients and dishes that were both well prepared and delicious. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay. Although I wasn’t traveling with children myself, the hotel seemed very family-friendly and well suited for guests with young children. If I had to mention one very minor downside, it would be the sound from the hallway. I didn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, but sounds from the corridor could occasionally be heard inside the room. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again if I have the opportunity."

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and their communication was excellent throughout our stay. The location was also a major plus. The hotel is very accessible and conveniently located near many restaurants, shops, transportation, and attractions in Myeongdong, making it easy to explore Seoul. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Korea!"

The hotel is closed to a subway and a night market around the corner, so it's very convenient to get from one place to another. Breakfast was buffet-style, serving varying Asian/Western options. The soup noodle was my favorite. Thanks Novotel for making our stay in Seoul so enjoyable, will definitely book with you whenever we are back in Seoul."
