We loved the room size and layout and the location was very convenient for us. The bed was uncomfortable however and there was a horrible rustling plastic mattress protector that was hot and noisy.

Longer term visit to Seoul

Le collective rents out furnished apartments in Seocho, Gangnam. The location was quite convenient. We really enjoyed having a full sized apartment. The price was also quite reasonable. Our favourite amenity was having a washing machine and dryer closet. We will come back.

Great apartment in Gangnam

Great apartment. Traveling with two kids having a two bedroom suites helps a lot! I found the check in a little cumbersome as I didn’t receive the emails, and so I had to request the information. Luckily I was able to sort it out.

Decent Stay for the Price

Location 5/5: Convenience store (7-11) across the street and just a few steps away from a lot of restaurants and coffee shops! Accessibility 5/5: Make sure you have your email sent to you with lock key access code because there is no concierge service/front desk to help you. Room 4/5: Place was clean, cutlery and plates provided, bed is extremely comfortable, extra floor mattress available; loss of a star due to the sink in the bathroom not draining properly due to a clog of some sort.

We have had an amazing stay at the Le Collective Gangnam SAC Signity. Our stay was 13days in total and the property was impeccable. It was well decorated with comfortable and stylish furnishings. The check-in process was straightforward and communication with their help desk was easy with prompt responses. The surrounding area was nice and quiet, most of the people we met in the elevator were warm and friendly. There is lots of restaurant options neaby and the transport network was efficient, on time and easy to connect when changing the train lines. There was ample supply of toiletries, towels and kitchenware and the air-conditioning kept the apartment nice and cool. The added benefit of a washing machine and laundry' detergent was a bonus as I washed all my clothes before departing. The only suggestion i would make for long stays is maybe provision of a broom or hoover for the kitchen. Overall, absolutely fantastic stay. 😊

Great Location, Don't to expect Hotel Service

This one-bedroom officetel comes with a variety of amenities, including air conditioning, a washer, a clothing conditioner, a cooktop, a walk-in shower, and more. It’s located in a convenient, walkable neighborhood with plenty of dining options nearby. A few tips: I stayed for about 9 nights and found that room cleaning service cost around $25, so it's definitely not a hotel. There’s construction of a new building nearby, so you may hear some noise during the day. The TV remote can be tricky – there’s a side button to switch to regular TV broadcast, which took me a bit to figure out. The cooktop won’t turn on unless you press the power button under the top cabinet, so be sure to do that before using it. There’s a handheld shower and a cloud shower. The walk-in shower won’t automatically switch to the handheld side, so be careful, as you may get wet if you turn it on without adjusting. Overall, I had a great stay!

It was a fine place to stay. It said 2 rooms but 1 room was a balcony closed off as a room. It was clean, everything functional including clothes washer. My room (17th floor) had a fantastic view, but my sister in law’s room was facing next building under construction which made it very noisy. Area seem safe and enough eating place well into the evening ~10 to 11pm. It is close (about 10 min walk to) concert center which has marvelous fountain show, hiking trails, 2 subway stations & 1 subway station away (20 min walk) from Gangnam which is a popular shopping and night life place as well as an express bus terminal that can get you to the other cities in Korea. One thing I would recommend is to clean the room at every week for free at least for longer term customer and leave some house cleaning tools like broom. Amenities (towel - 2 sets, so we had to keep washing air dry) seems to be minimal. Managing trash is very complicated in Korea. It would have been good if customers were allowed to leave a garbage bag out side their room or give better description on how to separate different types of garbage. When I come back, I will probably come back to this place or in a similar arrangement. Generally pretty good since I am fluent in korean. I can see how this place might have some initial challenges for non-korean speakers. But I saw a lot of foreign customer, so I assume they get used to it. BTW there is no front desk, but they responded fast to text.

There was so much construction going on and it was very noisy. Also, there was noise coming from room above. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at Le Collective.
