Service is outstanding especially Michael who is a trainee in the front welcoming area. He was wonderful with recommendations for exploring Seoul with up to date information. The lobby bar is a beautiful place to stop and have a drink or something to eat. Location is perfect for exploring Myeondong on foot and subway stations are all close. Room is always clean and comfortable. If I was to find anything to criticise it’s that the rooms are looking a little tired. However that’s a non issue as the experience was perfect. I would visit this hotel again.

Location and amenities at the property are excellent. We had a suite and it was very roomy. Bed was a little soft but that is a personal preference and after the first night we didn't notice. Bathroom is older than some newer hotels. Overall a great stay; loved the staff and the location.
