“Very cheap motel. Ok if you can cope with poor bed and shabby room. Rooms definitely need a makeover. Customer service was zero. Had to wait ages for someone to come and give us a key. Nobody on reception.”

“시설이 고급은 아니지만 모든 것이 정말 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 리셉션은 일찍 닫았지만, 안내 책자가 상세하게 잘 되어 있어 불편함이 없었습니다. 환경에 대한 고려도 세심하고, 같이 여행한 제 아들이 비건인데, 주변 음식점들에 대한 안내에 비건 옵션 유무에 대한 정보도 아주 잘 되어 있었어요. 모든 것이 매우 마음에 드는 숙소였어요. Great Ocean Road 노변에 있는 곳이라 위치도 최고입니다. ”

“3시 쫌넘어서 도착했는데 방이 준비되지 않았다고 하여 30분 정도 기다렸음. 조금 넓은 방을 받은 것 같았는데, 욕실이 이미지와 좀 달랐음. 창문 하나가 잘 닫히지 않아서 조금 추웠음. 리셉션은 매우 친절했고, 내부의 스파가 굉장히 고급스러워 보임. 수영장이나 gym을 이용할 예정이라면 좋을 것 같음. 근처(걸어서 15분쯤)에 식당 및 마트가 있어서 이용하기 좋았음.”
