Staff were very helpful and friendly and complimentary refreshments at check-in desk. Unfortunately the pool area and hot tub was undergoing renovations that had been delayed and we were not notified of this prior to our stay. On the second night of our trip one of the staff informed us that we could use the pool at a sister hotel nearby and it was great! Very good selection at breakfast too!

We only stayed one night but if you are looking for a truly unforgettable hotel experience, this place delivers! Nothing says “luxury” quite like a shower that only believes in ice-cold water and a couch that’s enthusiastically peeling itself apart. Also, welcome to the world’s first “stand-up dining” experience! The dining room proudly featured plenty of tables… but apparently chairs are an optional luxury. It felt like a game of musical chairs where someone forgot to provide the chairs. Maybe the hotel is secretly trying to improve everyone’s posture or encourage quick meals. Either way, if you’ve ever dreamed of eating while wondering where to sit, this is your chance! At least the tables had plenty of personal space. However, the salsa they served with breakfast was absolutely delicious.
