โPerfect location. 5 min drive to downtown and peace and quiet once at the cabin. Comfy bed & pillows. Cute & cozy interior. Loved everything about our stay & will definitely be back. โ
โstaff was excellent, very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. very clean hotel, worker was continually sweeping and cleaning floors and dusting. one of the best hotels that i have stayed at. I recommend everyone stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed.โ
โWe changed rooms due to some problems in the other and the staff worked hard to please us! Canโt argue with that at all. Very comfortable and clean!!!โ
โWe stayed in the king bungalow room with a full kitchen and spacious living room area, complete with a reclining couch and chair. The bedroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty standard. Everything, for the most part, seemed new or nearly new.
Close to everything but not in the middle of it. FYI: The driveway up to the motel is pretty steep, which makes walking up it after a night at the beer halls or bars a little challenging. We would stay again.โ
โFront desk employee was amazing. She checked us in and also printed/shared the history of Helen. She was very sweet. The breakfast employee was also sweet and polite.
The building is outdated in places, it can use an outdoor facelift ans new windows.
The pool area can use some fresh paint and a good pool cleaning and painting update.
The bathrooms were clean and updated. The room were clean, but can also use some updated paint and fresh flooring.

โWe stayed 3 nights and it was Amazing. The hotel front desk peeps were extremely friendly. The rooms were updated and clean. I loved that it was in walking distance to everything (downtown Helen, shopping, dining, site seeing). We will definitely be coming back. โ
