"1. The local Africans that work here are great - they were amazing guys that made my brief stay here tolerable. Thank you guys - you know I appreciated all you did.
2. Location - You're literally in the middle of the wild plains of the Serengeti - One night, several hyenas slept just outside my tent - little nerve racking, but that's the wild for you. 3. Service - The VIP tent was good but the food and service was outstanding considering where you are!!

"My 3 night was a brutal comedy of errors involving ignored dietary restrictions, defective accommodations, nonexistent sound insulation, unreliable Wi-Fi, dishonest explanations, and an extraordinary failure to help me leave.
Despite telling the hotel that I was vegetarian, I was served chicken. The food was exceedingly mediocre. My cabin had a gap in the glass door, birds attacked its mirrored windows from early morning, and I could hear every word and movement from the adjoining cabin.

"Amazing don't actually capture how wonderfully this place is. My room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities you will find on a luxurious hotel in a big city. The lodge is perched on a hillside overlooking a huge and gorgeous valley. I can lounge on my patio seats all day looking at the valley. Breakfast needs a bit of improvement, but lunch and dinner offerings were quite delicious. Those guys will feed you to death if you let them. I definitely recommends this wonderfully...

"Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. Unheard of when we have paid £900 to be in this tacky facility worthy of a YMCA student accommodation Location of the property is very bad....
