Best Western Plaza Inn
This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, daily housekeeping, and great, friendly staff. Quiet place to stay. Already making plans for another trip back to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this is the place to stay.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Gatlinburg Downtown
Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was very helpful. We had a light bulb not working, it was replaced immediately.Room needed more lighting. Cleaning staff ignored do not disturb sign. I did not realize there was a fee for parking.( I just missed that on the website) However, $15 per day is extreme!!! ...

Overall not a bad stay. The facility seems to be on the older side and in some areas shows its age. The water pressure was very weak and there were some stains on the bedding.
