We couldn’t have found a more perfect spot! The views! Location was ideal. Room was very spacious. Access and check in was easy with a downloadable app for your key. Sister property access to look directly across the street at the cathedral. Fun for an evening peek at cathedral close up and all lit up. Communication was very helpful on what’s ap.

Very convenient duplex apartment located in the heart of the historic area of Seville, a few steps from the cathedral, the Alcazar, la Giralda and all what you have to see and enjoy in this great city. Nice welcome amenities, good communication from the property management for easy check-in and digital access to the property and room. Very comfortable to enjoy a wonderful stay in Seville.

The place is very clean and the location is great, the only issue is that the picture with the balcony you post is not for the room you rent.

We can only choose one picture as main picture, but you choose the apartment with no private terrace when you book for your stay. There are different options according with our availability, but when you chose the apartment you booked, you can see pictures for it, which belongs to the apartment you get. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT!!! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this remarkable hotel! It has the perfect balance between being centrally situated and avoiding the hustle and bustle/ noise of the crowds. One of the standout features of this hotel was the breathtaking view it offered of the magnificent cathedral. I couldn't have asked for a more picturesque backdrop to my stay. Each morning, I was greeted by the sight of the sun rising behind the cathedral, casting a warm and enchanting glow over the city.

Amazing stay in the heart of Seville!
This apartment is absolutely stunning! It is in an amazing central location in the heart of the old town. The apartment is so spacious, comfy and clean, we had absolutely no issues. The views from the balcony are amazing and sitting there on an evening is an amazing atmosphere. The host was so friendly and helpful, he met us when we checked in to talk us through everything and also gave us a number to call if we had any issues. He was very helpful when we had questions.

My husband and I spent three nights here along with our twenty-something son. The apartment was very clean and modern; also, the bedroom was on the second floor of the apartment and thus separated from the living room where my son slept on the pull out sofa, so there was plenty of space and privacy for us all. The location just off the Cathedral plaza was lovely and very convenient to restaurants and shopping, and also for a little rest during the afternoon.The only downside is that because of its central location, the pedestrian street outside is not the quietist. Also, the bathroom is on the second floor of the apartment close to the bedroom, but quite a few steps up from the living/kitchen area. Not a big deal unless steps are a concern.

Apartment was clean & comfortable, felt like we were at home. Fast response time from property management, they went above & beyond to ensure we had accessed the building. Neighborhood is a bit noisy, but location is worth it.

Perfect location to explore the City.
Fantastic location, lovely to have a private spacious balcony with a wonderful view. Was quiet during the night. We were family of four, two teenagers. Top floor, but there is a lift. Air conditioning was very effective, only thing missing was a full length mirror. No doors on the main bedroom space, but nice king sized bed (if a little on the hard side - but that's just fussy - it was a great apartment, new and clean).

We spent 7 days here and it was by far the best place we had been to on our 3 week vacation in Spain and Portugal. The terrace was spacious and the views were stunning. The location is right where you want to be in Sevilla. The apartment was clean, newly renovated and had all the amenities we need. The decorations was really nice and the record player with about 4 records were a really nice touch. I was able to enjoy spanish music on the terrance. The washroom was modern and large. Check in was fast and simple. Apartment was cleaned every 2 days. I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent location. By the cathedral. All main attractions at walkable distance. The host, Pedro, helped on every single question. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 people. I would recommend it.

Great location, mini apartment.
Great views, amazing location, large, clean and comfortable. Very spacious by Spain standards. You could almost touch the cathedral from the balcony! We were very impressed! One thing to keep in mind is it’s not a hotel so there’s no reception desk. You get everything sent to you by email/app, including your room access key. We needed a place to leave our suitcases for a few hours after we checked out and although it was about a 10 min walk from the room, the staff was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in their office until they closed at 2pm.

Amazing place in the heart of Seville

Maravillosa ubicación en el centro de Sevilla con vistas al Archivo de Indias. El loft es fantástico. Muy cómodo y estética Lo único que estaba por debajo de lo esperado fue conexión wifi que tenía una cobertura escasa y era algo lenta. En cualquier caso me pareció una opción excelente.

This property is perfectly located near the cathedral, restaurants, and a beautiful plaza. The check-in is easy, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and the apartment is comfortable and well appointed. We loved this space and were sad to leave. We highly recommend!

I loved that it was in a great location. I would suggest better instructions on how to find the place like using nearby restaurant names as landmarks are not usually known by all tourists.

The VERY best location!
I really think you can not find a better location anywhere! Seriously only steps from the cathedral and the Alcázar entrances. It was incredibly beautiful all lit up at night. The room was just what we needed, plenty of pillows, comfortable bed and a good shower. We stayed in the room with the upstairs loft, very charming.

Great spacious apartment, well located with amazing view. It was cleaned and well decorated. The area can be crowded at certain time of the day and therefore could be noisy. I would strongly recommend.

I stayed with my daughter, and we were accommodated very well, we both would say above our expectations. The suite was very very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, living room with dining table, a couch which we used as a 2nd bed, and amazing view onto the heart of seville. Pedro the young man who works at the main office/ reception were incredibly nice, and helpful with great communication skills. We both really hope to stay there again, and highly recommend it to everyone.

Lo que más me gustó fue la localización en el centro de la ciudad, en una calle silenciosa. Muy limpio. Lo que menos me gustó, las escaleras entre las 2 plantas de dúplex, con la maleta bastante incómodas.

Estimado huésped, Muchas gracias por elegirnos. Al reservar un Dúplex, tiene escalera en el apartamento claro. Esperamos poder recibirle de nuevo en Sevilla en un futuro próximo (quizás en otro apartamento sin escaleras?;-))

Nel complesso la struttura la trovo eccellente solo la reception un po' lontana. Dovessi riandare a Siviglia opterei sicuramente per Puerta Catedral.
